Nº 01HHHC, Albury

Begin witha long conversation.

Albury’s doctor-led bioidentical hormone clinic. For the midlife symptoms you’ve been told to live with — and the ones you haven’t named yet — we run the proper tests, listen without the clock running, and build treatment that fits your biology.

For women in perimenopause and menopause. For men navigating andropause. For anyone whose hormones stopped feeling like background noise.

Entry 01

hor·mone

/ˈhɔːməʊn/ noun

Achemical messenger that tells your body how to show up each day. When one shifts, the whole system hears it.

Hot flushes, brain fog, flat mornings, lost libido, sleep that never lands — these aren’t personal failures. They are signals. Read properly, they tell us exactly what to do.

Nº 01 · 5A quiet beginning

Clarity, arrived at slowly.

Four steps. The image sharpens as we walk through them.

  1. 01

    The long conversation.

Sixty minutes in-person. History, symptoms, goals — no rushed intake.

  2. 02

    Proper testing.

Comprehensive hormone, metabolic, and nutrient panels. Biology before prescription.

  3. 03

    A protocol written for you.

Compounded bioidentical hormones, lifestyle support, nutraceuticals — from your data.

  4. 04

    Follow-up that keeps up.

Scheduled reviews, repeat labs, protocol adjustments. Hormones shift; care follows.

Nº 02Your doctors

Two practice partners who still run their own rooms.

Albury-based GPs with postgraduate interest in integrative endocrine medicine. You'll know who you're seeing, and you'll see the same person each time.

Dr. Gayatri Seewoogoolam

Practice partner · Women's hormone care

Dr. Gayatri Seewoogoolam

MBBS (Hons), FRACGP

Most of the women I see have been told their symptoms are just age, stress, or imagination. Reading their hormones properly is usually the first time anyone has taken the question seriously.

Dr. Veeresh Aukhojee

Practice partner · Men's hormone care

Dr. Veeresh Aukhojee

MBBS, FRACGP

The men I see are rarely looking for a quick hit. They want the tests read honestly, the prescribing done carefully, and someone who will still be here in twelve months.

Nº 04How we practise

Six quiet convictions.

These aren't marketing points. They are the commitments a patient can hold us to.

A tablet sketch of a hormone cascade on a warm desk — tea, notebook, sage sprig alongside
Integrative medicine · done as a method
  1. I.

    A long first appointment.

Sixty minutes is the starting point — never a premium upgrade. Hormonal stories take time to tell.

  2. II.

    In-person, in Albury.

We are a consulting practice, not a telehealth storefront. We believe in the room.

  3. III.

    Testing before prescribing.

Comprehensive panels — including DUTCH where indicated — so your protocol is drawn from your own biology.

  4. IV.

    Bioidentical, compounded.

Formulated in grams, not guesses, by our partner pharmacy The Mortar & Pestle.

  5. V.

    Whole-person by default.

Sleep, nutrition, stress, thyroid, adrenals, sex hormones — read as one system, because they are one.

  6. VI.

    Evidence, not evangelism.

We cite the literature, flag the uncertainty, and adjust when the data moves. Integrative is a method, not a belief.

A partnership

Your GP and us, a partnership for your health.

Specialist hormone care works best alongside a good GP. A ten-minute primary-care slot and an hour-long endocrine consultation are different tools, not competing ones. We do the deep hormonal work; your GP holds the continuous story.

Nº 05From your patient portal

A living picture of your own trajectory.

Every HHHC patient gets a secure portal that tracks symptoms weekly, marks each visit, and colours the phases between protocols — so the story of your treatment is yours to read.

    Initial protocol

Baseline hormones, sleep, thyroid. Starting doses prescribed at the first consult.

  • W04–W10

Nº 06Our services

Three pillars, one practice.

Gender-specific care where biology makes it necessary; shared care for the hormonal conditions that affect everyone.

01For women

Perimenopause, menopause and beyond.

For the decade of change that most GPs learned a single afternoon about. A thorough, unhurried practice dedicated to your endocrine transition.

  • Perimenopause workup & treatment
  • Bioidentical HRT, compounded
  • Thyroid & adrenal co-assessment
  • Genitourinary & bone-health care
  • Weight & metabolic support
02For men

Andropause, testosterone and the slow fade.

A calm, clinical male-health practice. No hype, no shortcuts. Proper testing, careful prescribing, follow-up that actually follows up.

  • Full male hormone panel
  • Testosterone optimisation
  • Metabolic & cardiovascular screen
  • Sleep, stress & cortisol work
  • Weight & body-composition care
03Hormone-driven conditions

When the signal shows up elsewhere.

Migraine, insomnia, mood, fatigue, pain. Symptoms that are not really “in your head” — they are often in your endocrine system asking to be heard.

  • Hormonal migraine prevention
  • PMDD & perimenopausal depression
  • ME/CFS & chronic fatigue workup
  • Hormonal insomnia protocols

Nº 07Not sure yet?

Start with a list of what you’re carrying.

Our symptom assessment takes about five minutes. It’s confidential, it’s written by a doctor, and it gives us somewhere thoughtful to begin the conversation.

Common signals

  • 01Fatigue or flat mornings
  • 02Broken sleep, 3am wakes
  • 03Mood shifts, irritability, low tolerance
  • 04Hot flushes, night sweats
  • 05Stubborn weight, softer edges
  • 06Brain fog, word-loss, poor focus
  • 07Low libido, low drive
  • 08Joint stiffness, new pain

Any three or more of these, steady for six weeks, is worth reading properly.

Nº 08We work with

A compounding chemist who makes medicine to match you.

Bioidentical hormone therapy only works when the dose, delivery and form fit the person in front of us. That is why we prescribe in close partnership with The Mortar & Pestle — Albury’s dedicated compounding pharmacy.

One prescription. Two teams who speak the same clinical language. Formulations adjusted in grams, not guesses.

Nº 09In answer to

The questions that come up first.

Pulled from our intake calls. Ask us anything else in the room.

  1. When it's properly prescribed and monitored, the safety profile of bioidentical HRT is strong. We screen thoroughly before prescribing, flag any individual risk factors honestly, and repeat labs on a schedule. Safety is a practice, not a promise.

  2. Most patients feel a shift — sleep, mood, energy — within two to four weeks. The deeper benefits settle over three to six months as hormone levels stabilise. We review and adjust along the way; this isn't a prescribe-and-forget practice.

  3. Sixty minutes, in-person, with one of our doctors. A full history and symptom review, an examination where needed, and pathology requests for the hormone and metabolic panels that make sense for you. You leave knowing what we're testing and why.

  4. No referral is required to book. If you have one, bring it — history helps. Other GPs and practitioners can refer patients to us through our online portal.

  5. Bioidentical hormones are chemically identical to the ones your body makes. We prescribe them at doses tuned to your own test results, in forms compounded by our partner pharmacy — troches, creams, capsules, lozenges — so the delivery fits your body, not the catalogue.
